Early-Access Details
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, business name, and email address or mobile number so we can reply.
This is a simple summary of how SecureTheSlot handles the details you send us, the calendar booking data needed to send deposit requests, and payment information connected to Stripe.
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, business name, and email address or mobile number so we can reply.
When the product is in use, SecureTheSlot uses the booking details needed to send a deposit request, such as appointment time, client name, client mobile, service, and deposit rules.
We use booking and deposit details to create secure payment links, send SMS deposit requests, track payment status, and help you follow up on unpaid bookings.
SecureTheSlot does not need access to your WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, phone calls, or message inboxes. Those are simply ways you may take the booking before adding it to your calendar.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share what is necessary with providers that help run the service, such as calendar integrations, SMS delivery, Stripe payments, hosting, and email.
You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your details. If you connect a calendar or Stripe account, you can disconnect them and ask us to remove related service data.
This page is intentionally plain-English while SecureTheSlot is in early access. As integrations and providers are finalised, we will keep this policy updated.
